Let’s straighten out some of the basic Lacanian concepts so folks can engage with the Lacanian left. This isn’t your grandpa’s psychoanalysis, there are some strange and interesting contradictions here.

If you are looking for youtube video’s about Lacan, I would definitely recommend against any “quick intro” type of video, but would suggest checking out interviews with Todd McGowan who’s a little more down to earth than someone like Zizek.
