In this evening’s session, Tom will be reintroducing and leading everyone step-by-step through two meditation practices that he has adapted to be accessible any open-minded, serious seeker, regardless of their religious background or lack thereof. (Note: Tom led us through these practices two or three years ago but many, if not most, of our S&A participants weren’t active then. And it will be a good review for all.
