I’ll be presenting the original 1947 original version of the film noir classic Nightmare Alley chronicling the dark side of carny life. Starring Tyrone Power giving a critically acclaimed performance and well-known as his personal favorite role. It’s a tour-de-force performance, not to be missed. Featuring brilliant performances by his three female co-stars: Joan Blondell, Colleen Gray and Helen Walker. TCM considers this film among the most important American films to come out of the 1940’s.
