With its coked-up dramatizations, graphic (but censored thanks to our very own Frankie C) autopsy footage, and unexpected tangents, the video provides law enforcement officers with tactical advice alongside a disturbing glimpse into the consequences of disregarding it. Brace yourselves, because EVERYTHING is a knife and EVERYONE wants to stab you with it.
