Night is falling.The carriage driver opens the door, expecting to find his master, but a crowd of strangers steps out.The driver, upset and confused, seeks help from other carriage drivers…He will discover that he is part of a very ancient allegory, the allegory of man compared to a carriage.Thus begins a series of mythic adventures,where his quest can be understood at many different levels, very simple but also symbolical of a much greater meaning.

He worked with Gore Vidal, among others, for the launch of TRNN, which included the documentary, History of the National Security State.

Bring a pencil or pen and Tom will walk everyone through a fun, easy peasy draw-along. At the end of the period, everyone will be encouraged to share new masterpiece!

Have a pen (drawing pen or ballpoint is fine) or pencil. Also you might want to have watercolor supplies or colored pencils on hand in case you’d like to add color to your drawing.

If you want to use watercolor, make sure you draw on a heavier weight paper (90 lb minimum). Best to use actual wayercolor paper. If you use ballpojnt pen rather than india ink or permanent ink-based pen know that you’ll experience some smearing of your colors.
